Sabina is a qualified hypnotherapist and EMDR therapist and see clients in the relaxing environment of Kyrle House Practice. She started her eighteen year journey in natural health by graduating in Herbal Medicine from the University of Wales. She then w ent on to qualify in skin conditions and food intolerance testing. However she noticed that her clients ' self - belief, coping tolerances, anxiety and worry, influenced not only their physical health, but career selections, relationships, eating habits, mot ivation, unwanted habits and much more and found that hypnotherapy was hugely supportive in helping clients resolve their concerns and habit patterns.
